What we collect
When you use this website we collect the information you provide in the enquiry form: your name, contact details, and information about your current mortgage (such as lender, approximate amount and fixed-term timing). We also collect standard analytics and advertising data (such as UTM parameters and pixel events) to measure how our advertising performs.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your enquiry (including by phone, SMS and email — some initial contact may be made by an automated assistant on our behalf), prepare your mortgage review, and provide financial advice if you choose to proceed. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who we share it with
Where needed to deliver the service, information may be shared with lenders you ask us to approach, and with the service providers that run our website, customer relationship management system, appointment booking and phone systems. All providers are bound to use it only for delivering these services.
Storage and security
Information is stored securely with access limited to people who need it to help with your enquiry. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time.
